SEOAP at times, based on a number of reasons kind of "gets stuck". This leave campaigns with task left in a number of states.
I would ask for the ability to turn all "not successful" into "failed".
This allows the campaign to basically do a full reset for everything that wasn't successful and ensures that it will be tried again upon request.
