Will Not Load

Hi the program tries to load and just stays stuck on the start up, I turned off Avast and then tried to load the program with no luck can anyone help me out?

Same issue here with me in Oct. 2020 using Kaspersky. 

Added exclusions for these two files also:  seoautopilot.exe and seoautopilotlauncher.exe
But still hangs forever on the Splash Screen.
