Cannot Load Software

Everytime I try to load the software avast puts the license in the virus vault because i says it contains a virus Win32:Malware-gen

Then I get the message invalid License, Number of activations has been exceeded...

Then my computer hangs, and I have to do a hard shut down....

Anyone????
