error license verification error

Hi just got the software and when im come to put inn the license when the software starts for the first time. 

I get This error message

ERROR license verification error!!

Anyone had the same and found a fix? 

Help desk not open before tomorrow.

I found out a solution. I deactivated antivirus 100% and 1 more file was installed after that it worked fine.
