Account created but not created the backlink

Over the past 40 days, I have been continuously running the campaign; however, I have noticed that it has only resulted in account creation, and no actual backlinks have been generated. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide me with an update on the current status.
Please let me know the reason for this issue and advise if there are any necessary steps or adjustments required from my end to ensure proper backlink creation.
