When the user encounters a technical issue, he can generate a bug report to attach it to the ticket. This bug report helps the developers to better understand the cause behind the issue.
To generate bug report navigate: Main Menu > Help > Generate Bug Report
From the dialog menu, the user can select the campaign that has the problem and press "Generate Bug Report" to save the file on your disk. Keep in mind that if there are no problems detected (failed tasks) and if the campaign is still running, it will not be displayed in the dialog list.
