Hey man, thanks for the response.

The problem is that the existing shortcodes don't match my needs. I need to be very specific about anchors and the URLs the go to, The anchors might not even be what I list as a keyword.

So in this case, how do a NOT use any short codes at all, and take 100% control of how my anchors link out to a website? Meaning, can I put html in the document, with anchor linking out and not have it stripped?

Now the suggestion part. As far as I can see, though existing short codes this is not something we have the ability to do, so could that be added?

where I can list the anchor I want to use and the URL I want that anchor to link to? I guess I could use primary, generic and branded, but I want those for how they were intended to be and I want each to go to another URL? I think another short URL type of "anchor" would be of benefit, where you can place in the text to be used for the anchor, and then the URL it would be linked to. You could add up to maybe five of these.

Sorry if I don't fully understand how this all works.
